DenizTürkeri
Turkey’s first female AI Film Producer and the founder of AIMAI, Deniz Türkeri brings a new camera to filmmaking. Architect, interdisciplinary artist and director with 23 years of creative experience, she has spent her career at the intersection of cinema, AI and visual art, and turned that crossroads into a studio.
Her story begins in architecture, and it never really left. Trained to think in space, light and structure, she carried that eye into cinema and visual art, and then into generative AI long before most of the industry took it seriously. Today she brings AI back to where she started, teaching architects how to design with it.
At AIMAI, she shapes the visual language of every project, developing hybrid productions that move freely between traditional filmmaking, cinematography and generative AI. Nothing is simply generated. Every frame is directed.
Beyond the studio, she is one of the defining voices of creative AI in Turkey: on television, on the TEDx stage, on juries, and in the classroom of the Deniz Türkeri AI Academy, where more than 1,200 people, from artists and designers to brands, schools, municipalities and architects, have learned to make AI work for their ideas.
